Smile by fighting off depression symptoms

There has been a lot of people that I have seen lately that seen to be a little down. Now with winter approaching fast I have no doubt that no one is ready because summer was so cool. I have seen a lot more people with low vitamin D problems and signs of SAD (Seasonal Affect Disorder) then I would like, especially this early in the winter season.

Signs of depression increase the amout of pain, whether it be low back pain, neck pain, or general aches. I have also seen weight changes in a lot of people. With all this going on I researched a bit and want to help people battle the blues. I have some safe, natural tips for decreasing depression and bettering your mood. The talk is Wed. November 11th from 6-7pm at the office; 1022 N Main St Ext in Butler. If you or anyone you know may be suffering or you would like to find out more please contact me (724) 256-8805.

Happy Halloween!!!

The leaves are flying and fall is in the air. So now that everything is settling down why not get as healthy as you can before the winter gets here. It seems like it may be making an early entry this year.

Here at Butler Family Chiropractic we pride ourselves on our service to you. We deal with not just neck and back pain, but also wellness programs so that you can get better and stay that way. We want to make your life as full as you can image because once you are subluxation free you will see life with a new perspective. Working at 100% is not just a wish but a reality that we want you to share in.

If you has hesitated about visiting a chiropractor in the past Dr. Chris Olsheski will put you at ease. He begins with low force adjusting so there is no bending or twisting and for those who prefer more tradional care he is a skilled adjuster in that aspect as well, winning the clinical excellence award in 2008. So what are you waiting for. Come in and see how chiropractic care can benefit you.

Great Week for New beginnings

Welcome back everyone!

This week is kicking off what I would like to thik of a new beginning. I am hosting an official Grand Opening on Thursday from 5-7pm with snacks, drinks and socializing. I want to extend my hand to everyone I can to help make you healthier!

If you suffer from longstanding pain, arthritis, digestive problems, or want to tune up your body before cold and flu season begin with chiropractic care. There are many options out there but I want you to not just feel better but live better. There are many people that think that if they don't hurt then they are healthy. Did you ever think that just because you are not in pain things still might not be quite right? A person with high blood pressure may feel fine but they have a problem. Why not be proactive in your health now rather then reactive in your loss of health later. Start a new beginning by becoming what your potential is not settling for any less.

Put your health in good hands. I'll see you soon!

Nearly October

Do you know where time goes? If anyone can answer this well then you should be writing some great books. As time passes by we make decisions. Some are good and some are not as good but the big thing is you decided. Make sure that you are not allowing yourself to be sent down a path you did not want to go. That is where many people are headed right now though.

You need to make an active decision in every part of your life and it should begin with your health. Without good health you cannot do very much with your life. There have been countless "wealthy" people that would trade in all worldly goods for better health. Are you one of those people? I want you to cherish your body and your health. If you have headaches, neck pain, back pain, digestive problems, heart issues, weight problems, or anything else why are you just dealing with it? Why not conquer it and move on. There are many people that just accept a diagnosis adn then that problem becomes part of them. I am asking you to rebel and not let any diagnosis be a life sentence. You can gain a better understanding of what is going on with your health by visiting a doctor who deals with healthcare and not just sick care.

This is where I come in. I want each person to be healthier today then they were 5 years ago. How do you get there though? Call and find out when we can talk about how to get you back on the road to health by chosing what you want. (724) 256-8805. Better health is just a phone call away!
