Weekends are great! Now feel better!

Hello again.

I have a chance to write a little this weekend and wanted to say how much I love having a little family time. We have a great time when we are able to relax and hang out. Usually we just have dinner or run around outside with the kids. When doing so I saw a few other people out and not moving well. I spoke with them and found out that they were weekend warriors and they were fighting a losing battle.

The one gentleman I spoke with does construction and has not had man back issues but today was hurting and sore from work. His low back pain was limiting not just his work but now his play time and he was upset about it. I will be taking care of him in the office now and get him back to be able to play hard since he works so hard. Just wanted to share that with you. If you or anyone you know or care about is in pain then why let them suffer. Direct them to the updated website www.butlerfamilychiropractic.com and let them check it out, get the new patient paperwork started and make an appointment. For your sake and theirs you'll be happy when they start feeling better. Have a great weekend!

Have a great day.

I just wanted to say hello and hope everyone is doing well. I have been busy this week. My son turned 2 this week, I was on the radio WISR 680 AM, with Dr. Lisa Kellerman and helped a lot of people feel better.

We had a lot of people that over did it in the yard the last week. Some had a lot of low back issues from tilling the garden and some from being bent over planting. A few had stiff necks from trying to sleep in awkward positions over Easter. Now we have just about everyone back in shape and feeling better.

If you or someone you love may have over done it then give me a call and and let us find out what happened and how you can feel better. Have a great day!
